What We Do

The volunteer Board of Directors collaborates with City representatives to support the Parks & Recreation Department’s initiatives, including enhancements, events and programming by bridging the financial gap that can exist between needs and wants.

Our Pillars of Focus

Fundraising

We solicit donations to support Gahanna’s parks and recreational programming.

Establishing Partnerships

We seek opportunities to connect resources and develop partnerships with community stakeholders, including: politicians and representatives, business leaders, City leaders, area residents and organizational representatives.

Community Advocacy

We advocate for the funding of the Parks & Recreation Department’s projects and initiatives, while representing the greater community.
